About ExecuFox
ExecuFox is executive function coaching for high-potential students with ADHD and/or autism. We help bright students develop the skills that let their performance match their capabilities.
Most students who come to ExecuFox are not behind because they lack ability. They are intelligent, often gifted or twice-exceptional, and historically successful in structured environments. What changes is the demand on their executive functioning — the planning, prioritization, organization, time management, task initiation, and follow-through that turn ability into achievement.
When structure falls away — the independence of college, a more demanding transfer environment, the complexity of a selective university — the gap between what a student can do and what they consistently get done can widen quickly. That gap is not a character flaw or a sign of weakness. It is executive functioning, and executive functioning can be developed.
ExecuFox is not tutoring, academic remediation, or grade recovery. We are not here to fix struggling students. We are here to help high-potential students become independent, confident, and consistent — so the work they are clearly capable of becomes the work they reliably produce.
Our approach pairs warm, non-judgmental coaching with a supportive tool that helps students see their day clearly, plan realistically, start the hard things, and build momentum that compounds over a semester and a career.
We start from what a student is capable of, never from deficit. Achievement, independence, and growth are the goals.
Planning, prioritization, initiation, and follow-through are learnable skills — not fixed traits. We coach them deliberately.
Calm, low-noise support that surfaces one clear next step at a time, designed with ADHD and autism in mind.
The aim is self-management students keep for life — confidence and consistency they own, not dependence on a tool.
If your child is capable of extraordinary work but struggles to execute consistently, executive function coaching can be the bridge. Let's talk about whether ExecuFox is the right fit.
